Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom made orders are ready to ship within 2-6 weeks. depending upon the handcrafted item ordered. Transit times vary from approximately 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at check out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2-6 weeks of your placing order, please follow up with us at support@luxeheatemporium.com.

No Shipping outside the USA.

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" shipping (when at or above a minimum $500 purchase) is often completely free! This option usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at your doorstep from the date it ships from the manufacturer. should you wish to schedule your delivery, please contact us for more information prior to ordering. All deliveries require a signature and are subject to the terms in the Returns and Refund Policy (see policy for details).
